Showcasing over 20+ brand new dishes that feature only the freshest and best seasonal ingredients the warmer months have to offer, Chef Nitin Bhardwaj has crafted the recipes with a unique marriage of global ingredients and techniques.
The nostalgic flavours and traditions of Japan have been incorporated in the menu using seasonal favourites such as Mangoes, avocado and summer cucumber amongst others.
Some of the new additions in the Summer Menu include Mango sushi with tuna and cream cheese, Chirashi seafood bites, Prawns and avacado ceviche, Beetroot and avacado tartare, 3 melon salad with Shiso dust and plum ponzu dressing, Andaman tuna steak with mustard miso sauce and a lot more. The new menu is a refreshing treat for all those who crave for great food with a difference.
This menu will be served throughout the season during lunch and dinner hours.
